probably my favorite song of yours
i think your final mix was great, everything comes in clean and nothings overpowering
the vocals could have been in pitched a little better but oh well. its such a minor flaw that it isn't really noticeable.
damn everything here fits together quite nicely, lovin the instrumentation
your songs have a weird vibe that i enjoy and i cant pinpoint why i like them but i do
keep it up man this is pretty good!
Considering the level of rekt on the guitars this track (put the cab before the amp like a dodo bird lol) I'm pleasantly surprised. Glad you liked!
I must rebut what InstaSkillz said. This is indeed metal, just not in a style we're all used to. That being said, this bit was very, very well done, and with stems by the glorious Troisnyx, no less! However, I must say that, in terms of personal taste, this isn't quite perfect. It's not the notes or anything like that, but rather the way the sounds meld. For some reason, to me, they just don't seem completely... pleasant to the ear to me. Don't get me wrong, it's only minor in this case, but it is noticeable for me. I can't really describe it. Oh well, that minor point aside, this is still very, very well done. You and Trois should do a collaboration or two together.
Hey! Thanks for the review. Yeah, I see what you're saying. I'm still getting used to new plugins and mixing/mastering in general. Most of what I work with is free and terrible. Glad you liked!
-I love this track so much :O
-The bass, drums, guitars and voice sounds amazing
Glad you like. Thanks!
Well... I would prefer to use another Metal sample packs, because in the first vocal part it's really soft, not even having that energetic and brutal Metal feeling.
The voice could be better mixed (EQ and Volume).
When the first vocal part, everything goes well, i started to feel the Metal vibe, but again when Troisnyx started to sing "Can you see the clouds..." the drums become way too soft.
I give it 4 starts because this song has a lot of potential, i would recommend you to change the original samples and record your own Drums or search for Metal Sample packs.
Somewhere in this HDD I have a better drum VST... Thanks for the critique!
You call this metal?
Removed this response because I felt it wasn't necessary or appropriate.
