du du Du Du du du Du Du epic sounding without the aah's. I believe I heard this before, when I was randomly browsing. Its too eh, upbeat and midevil when it reaches 1rst minute or so, but thats just my style of listening, I just don't like it. XD
All things aside like that, its nice. Sorry I diddn't review it last when I listened to this song.
Let's see, then.
Great choir at the beginning. The female choir coming here and there gave some kind of oppressing feel. Then, the strings that came, like to annonce the "clash". When the stuff really begins, i think that more lou and resonant strings would have been a great add. Other than that, the rest was made with mastery and without fault. Finally, the long strings after the battle. You made it in a not sudden way, so it doesn't shock. The flute (or was it a piccolo?) was nice, too!
I think that's all i have to say. No real advice to give except for the one i gave earlier.
Keep up the great work!
PS : i'm currently releasing a whole series of songs. If you would like to take a listen and maybe review, be my guest!
Review of remix
Okay this sounds different from the first one. Now I hear some familiar stuff. Battle scene is comoing. So what changed this song from classical to miscellaneous? Adventure sounding. Not really a battle this team...more of a lets go and look for treasure or explore new places kind of feel. Has a bit of battle scenes, not as much. To make this song in 4 hours is really fast. You obviously knew what you were doing when making this song. So umm still good song so 10/10 and 5/5 voting. Can you review and vote for my song "carnaval charMS". Mellow song for sure. Hope you like it.
Yeah, I accidentally uploaded it in the Misc. section. It is meant to be in the Classical genre but nevermind.
And yeah, I hear ya, it certainly isn't battle-ish but I agree it at least sounds adventurous. I think I screwed up the volumes though... oh well.
Thanks for your review, I'll go take a listen to your "carnaval charMS" now :)
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
