It feels like I spent forever on this one. I tried to add more variation so that this track may not sound as repetitive as my tracks usually are. Please leave a review if you have the time. Thanks!

(The third party samples are 2 risers from Logic Pro X loops. You can still use this for any non-commercial project as long as you credit me.)

EDIT: Removed clipping by adding a limiter on the piano, and made some other adjustments to the mixing. Hope it's better now.

The chord progression is a little cliche, and the rhythm is a little hard-to-follow until the beat comes in at :28. The string sample at :58 sounds really fake - the uniform vibrato and slight pauses between notes gives it away. I liked the melodic content at 1:25, but I thought the beat could’ve been a lot more creative. The part at 3:03 served as a pleasant bridge section. Mixing-wise, the kick gets a little lost during some of the busier sections, like around 3:30, but otherwise I can hear everything pretty clearly throughout. I thought I heard it peaking a few times (listen at around 4:45), but that could be some purposeful distortion; it’s hard to tell. Good job balancing the frequencies and keeping the texture nice and full and rich. Compositionally, this is a really strong piece too - it’s well-structured and smooth-flowing and has a couple of solid melodies. I think your increased use of variation paid off. Keep up the good work!
