Haha pretty cool man!
The stereo of the horns could be a tad wider though, and the instrument placement is a bit flat, but otherwise a pretty cool rendition man!
My dude this is awesome
Aaah... Sinnoh. And oh boy, you're going full orchestral with that one! At long last! Lemme hear lemme hear lemme hear <3
-Already in love with the drums. They should've been there, they're here, and they're beautiful for the build up.
-I'm... I've heard quite a few remix of that one, but not enough orchestral ones to really compare this to anything. One thing I can say, though, is that you've - as usual - grasped the general organization of the track, and have done a marvellous job recreating it.
- 1:07 YES! YES! YES, BEAUTIFUL! As per usual, you took the type to upgrade the second loop to make it more interesting, but the FREAKING BUILD UP leading into that part at 1:09 is absolutely gorgeous, and certainly not something I've heard before in remixes of this track. Ugh, I'm so happy you keep this gimmick of yours consistent, it just... It just works.
-1:47 As proven here - it just makes it so much more exciting every time you reach a repetitive loop, because by now I know you'll figure out a way to make it sound more interesting, more dramatic, or anything that'll allow your own spin to be added.
-2:41 That beautiful spin is back and still effective, GOSH am I adding this one to my favorites too - quite the collection I'm starting to have with your remixes, m'dear XD Although at this point I'll just call 'em all upgrades, because that's really what they are.
-3:17 I like that it just fades down to piano and drums only, man are these two good to shape drama. And that ending starting at 3:45 leads into a very enjoyable finale, you're really good at making this.
-And it's over. As usual, I'm sad I don't have the musical knowledge to give you better criticism, since there's nothing but analytic praise I can offer you, but to be fair, it's mostly because you set out a simple objective - taking a track, then upgrading it - and usually just succeed flawlessly. I assume my reviews will be different whenever you start trying to do something different with your remixes, but so far you've at least got an established, recognizable style. I think you should try using it for projects aside of Newgrounds once in a while, just to see how people react and what other musically-inclined people can say about it.
That being said, babai, m'dear! I'm off to download this master piece. WE NEED MORE ORCHESTRAS LIKE THIS! GOOD LUCK!
Sinnoh is the best region.
