I made this song after watching the movie Kimi No Nawa (君の名は。).

Rated 4.5 / 5 stars

This was a great composure with a few problems I would like to touch on. I'll give the bad news first.

I wasn't a big fan of the grand piano. The composure was fantastic, but the sound was just too generic for my liking. Maybe next time try and spice it up by adding a bit of reverb to make the piano sound more orchestral or choose a different sample package.

The violin was magnificent, but you can just barely make it out throughout nearly the entirety of the song. It's good to leave it in the background sometimes, but try to emphasize it's presence a little more.

The melodic EDM section is far too short. I know that there are two sections, but they're both nearly identical.

Now onto the good news.

The composure. Was. Fantastic. The piano riff, while repeatedly extensively, doesn't become redundant even after listening to this track multiple times. The violin's harmony with the piano in the first half of the track was breathtaking, even though the violin seemed a tad too quiet. The melodic EDM came in with a burning passion without seeming forced and weaved it's way back out of the track elegantly before returning for a second performance. While it was slightly ephemeral, it was quite possibly one of the best parts of the track. Not to mention the melodic EDM also harmonized well with the rest of the track. The thunderstorm at the beginning of the track was a very nice touch and added to the overall emotion of the song, giving the melodic EDM an even more forceful impact by going from sullen and slow to upbeat and energetic.

You stuck to RADWIMPS' style of composure inexplicably well. This track really seemed like it would feel right at home in the tracklist of the movie. While the track did differ from RADWIMPS in the fact that it contains melodic EDM, I feel that the composure would have been lesser if it had not possessed it.

Overall, this track is deserving of more attention. It has found a new home in my movie soundtrack library. Keep making amazing music.

I thank you for a comment so clear and very accurate. Thank you, and I will try to improve, because over time I can avoid the monotony in my tracks.
