Atomic songs aren't supposed to be like this. They're supposed to be upbeat, closer to 150 BPM, to be specific. They're usually in 4/4 time, with the exception of the beginning of Oxygen, which this has borrowed a melody from, actually. With this song being the tenth in the series, I felt it was time to try to expand the horizons. While using the same or similar songs, I added more sounds that could possibly fit, or possibly not fit at all. It's 110 BPM, in 3/4, and in short, is a huge experiment. Nothing about this is something that I'd do before, the start is different, the drop is different, the ending is different, and everything about it is completely out of my comfort zone. That's what made it fun! ^w^
I can understand if this is a little bit lower rated than the others, because I'm not used to making songs in this manner, and it's not exactly the best song I've made. It's also pretty short, but I couldn't find any other way to make the song interesting at the same time as having fun with it. I still don't have the mental capacity to comprehend some of the more advanced stuff that comes with making music, or even some of the basic stuff like sidechaining. I still can't do that. Regardless, I had a lot of fun exploring what my style sounded like when arranged differently, and I'm not entirely disappointed in the result, even though I know in my heart that everyone else will be.

This gives a pretty nice chill vibe. That kick sounds a bit dry, and the sound you use for the melodies could be a little bit more distinctive. The baseline sounds a bit loud throughout the song, might want to turn that down slightly. Some parts of the percussion are slightly too quiet, whereas others are slightly too loud. The ending is nice. Pretty good for going that far out of your comfort zone. :)
