Quite good

i wuite liked your idea butr it did sound a little bit like you were playing two travks at once and it got a bit muddled.

not bad at all

this is pretty good!
the only thing i would suggest is WAY MORE variation on the percussion. It really did start to get repetitive. Maybe break the song up into sections a bit more, and you can use other drum kits in different parts. Also would be good with:
-More modulation and FX
-More panning
-A really fast Closed Hat pattern in the background which comes in near the middle.
-MORE BASS! HELL YEAH! maybe a long deep kick/sub bass which plays regularly
-Ive got more, just not right off the top of my head.

This song has so much potential! I love it.
What software did you use?

creative

extra glitchy, mang
and you pulled it off.
only thing ive been able to pull off
is my pecker.
anyways, i know it's DnB,
but the best songs have a higher pitched "hook" sound
and this could use one.
but it's great as is as a vg song.

Finish this you must...

Wowzers dude... I knew you where one hell of an awesome glitch, shall I say... artist? Yes, i shall say artist.

Steller demo, although i would probably call this a complete song if i made it cuz I’m lazy like that but you could improve this near perfect song somehow.

I really do wish that you finish this. AND i happen to have some suggestions that i hope you’ll think about for a minute.

In some previous songs of yours, you did some sweet speaker panning and cross-panning things. (Hope that makes sense) I loved that and i believe that with all this awesome glitch work, a sort of speaker panning kind of thing would be da shit. I’m betting glitch work is quite a dozy on the processor for a computer so if that other stuff is to much to handle, that’s just fine with me. (I doubt that that will be a problem for you but ya never know)

And maybe some fast fadeouts with a bit of reverb in spots here and there, that’s another effect that i love. But you don't gotta do any of this it's just some ideas that you may wanna mill over in your head if you do decide to finish this.

I already love this song, but with a few more things here and there and you got one MAJORLY KICK ALL ASS GLITCH SONG!

Keep it up man...

Dude, we're definitely on the same page. I hear ya loud and clear, and the panning tricks are absolutely on the ol' 'to do' list. You're right though, there's a limit...for some reason when I do really fast rolls I think the hard drive (maybe the cpu?) gives up, but thats only if you do something like 1000 notes per bar. It sounds cool though until the whole system breaks down!
Well, thanks for the vote of encouragement, and I'll put the final polish on over the next week or so. :)

How do you do it?

Jeez man, you just keep churning out tracks like nobody's business... and they all kick ass! How the hell do you do it? Is this all you do all day, every day? I mean, c'mon; it takes me a week or so to finish a decent song, and you've got two a day!? Get outta here... 5's & dl's all around. Good grief...

dj-padman1 responds:

Hey, I dont know what do tell ya, I'm a machine.
Well, actually, I'm on holidays now, so I can finally go back to all the half finished tracks I was working on during term time. So its not as if I'm making these things from scratch!
Thanks for the review. Always appreciated.
