Held Hands

Two incest lovers in a hostel
With two people in the other bunk bed
They say "I think I love you."
No one heard the words they said
There was dance music playing
In the bar downstairs
And they couldn't sleep that night
So they turned on the light
And they kissed and held hands
They both understand
The seriousness of what they do
The thing no one wants them to do
They taste each other's lips
In a passionate kiss
They lick the bodies of each other
A sister and her brother
In their minds, they like role play
Experimenting with some blood play
Taking turns, loving burns
Burning desire, playing with Fire
Knowing they feel the same way
The music downstairs quiets down
The two are done playing around
They decide it's time to retire
The play made them feel tired
Now they lay down to sleep
And they hold each other's hands
They sleep beside each other
On the carpet on the floor

It is clearly spoken- you can make out every word. It is spaced in a bland, but not incorrect way. It may have its uses, but it has no passion, no soul and is almost unpleasent to listen to- perhaps that might be the point of using this voice.

It actually is a bit of a homage to Henry Rollins's spoken word pieces on Black Flag's Family Man album.
