Frust means frustration.
Frankly, I don't think the track represents what you feel when you're frustrated. But I definitely created it during a time where I got frustrated by various things that I was, or rather wasn't able to make happen. I'm sure most of you go through such a phase every once in a while.
The sounds are made from granular synthesis mainly using a recording of a toilet flush. There might be a few bits here and there where you can still hear the resemblance. It was a fun experience working with this technique for the first time. I can only recommend it to everyone who wants to get alien and powerful sounds without much effort. It's perfect for Dubstep and DnB.

Not sure what you mean by slightly funny, to be honest! I'm just going to take it the most positive way and assume you mean the fact that a lot of these sounds - how nasty and dark they might sound - are made from a recording of a toilet flush.
Just imagine an angry toilet in its natural habitat snapping its seat and flushing angrily as it defends its territory.
