Oh My God!
Oh My God!
Great piece, beautiful melody!
Tip for piano: lower cutoff to make it softer, fluctuate tempo, and alternate velocities on each note to make the piano more realistic!
Especially for solos, you should end the piece with a ritardando to make it seem more like an ending, since I felt the ending was a bit abrupt.
I've been wondering how to do that, thanks for the help!
I feel as though the first two minutes of the song was great, then there was a part in the song ( about 30 seconds long ) that felt like it wasn't meant to be there and that that part of the song was a waste of time, the rest of the song was a bit meh but I did really like the starting of the song. I know I'm being harsh but it's just constructive criticism ( from a non-critic ;) ). I liked it overall and I also noticed that the start of this piece is the same as the start of The Dark Descent! Keep up the good work, I love piano solos
I tried to write this piece to be similar to "The Dark Descent", but at the same time represent an entirely different theme. I can see where you're coming from though, there are certain parts that I would write differently if I were to start again.
Thanks for the review!
For LMMS, its very beautiful ! I love this song ! Very emotional, you did a great job :D 5/5 !
I plan on getting better software in the future, as for now I'll try and work with what I have.
Thanks a lot!
