Well, I'm a bit late on this- to be honest, this is actually a fourth additional track I had an idea for (don't worry, the other three tracks I promised will be out in the future.)

Moving away from the 99th, we find ourselves in a more lively part of the city: Kyosu-ken, known for its shopping by day and racing by night. It's currently day, and the streets are filled with shoppers, tourists and peddlers making their way through the busy streets. The buildings here form a wind tunnel, creating frequent gusts of wind that sweep through the district.
