The Crystal Thaumaturge

I made this one at the beginning of November, and was really pleased with how it turned out. 'Thaumaturge' is just a fancy word for 'sorcerer' or anyone who uses magic and stuff.
There's an audio glitch in the beginning that I couldn't fix (FL Studio sometimes does that and I don't know how to stop it ;n;) but the rest of the song is fine.

Holy god wow

Better mixing is all you need to make it a step closer to excellent

The score is freaking amazing!!!! Perhaps try to pay attention to your levels and mixing.... I can hear A LOT of limiter crushing in the mix. But its still a very beautiful piece

phoenixapprentice responds:

I didn't know much about that stuff when I made this song :u although that's not to say I have any idea about that stuff now BUT I knew even less back then.
Thanks!

I was just listening to the Cinematic music play one after the other while I worked, and this made me stop what I was doing and come here to do a review. WOW. Really great!

I need to save this and think about how I can make a video worthy of it... I don't even think my Wroag videos are good enough for a song like this one...

phoenixapprentice responds:

Oh wow! Thank you so much! I felt particularly proud after finishing this one :]

You know what, your music is so god damn inspiring. I'm going going to write a slow song and call it pheonix! :) You're the best

phoenixapprentice responds:

Ahhh thank you!!
