TigerM - TigerMvintage - Slow-Motion Run Through The Moonlit Graveyard (The Undead Mix)
While working as Receptionist / Secretary / Accountant at MGCM,
as Office Manager for his stepbrother's Music Conservatory,
Tiger was introduced to the Roland Boss DR-5 Rhythm Section...
and... often more than
eight hours a day producing arrangements...
Using the MIDI instruments on Roland's DR-5, in a single month,
Tiger would produce over 250 unique arrangements.” [some call them "beats!" ^^]
This is the "revist" and continuation of my DR-5 tune
" Slow-Motion Run Through The Moonlit Graveyard "
also known as " Slow-Motion Run Through A Moonlit Graveyard "
both composed when I was sixteen (16) in the year 2000.
The two titles came about during two separate recording sessions
(and because of a misprint) wound up mentioned twice descriptively.
[both "...A Moonlit" and "...The Moonlit" which was later print corrected.]
This is the first "alt-Mix" recorded that I did on the DR-5 using
different instruments to record one of my own original songs to
cassette previously I had played previously in melody.
During this revisit I changed the rhythm notes too with MIDI
Organ beyond the strings on the analog Roland Boss Dr. Rhythm Section.
Deadmau5 used "Organ" in " Ghosts N Stuff " but it'd be eight
plus two years nearly (2008 into 2010 after the year 2000) I'd
learn of "Beatmakers" beyond "Timbaland" "The Crystal Method" or
"Dr. Dre" and "Fatboy Slim" composer / arraging and
making music careers recording instrumentals. (and featuring artists)
I later would learn.
Analog devices like the Drum Machine and melody-maker Boss DR-5
beginning to "digitize" was by leading production establishments
[I unaware] at the time was not popular [in U.S.] until I had begun
my first two years in college two years after 2000 into 2002 plus.
Cakewalk (to my knowledge) 2005 to years forward would eventually
start Digital Audio Workstation releases I'd use but
"Slow-Motion Run Through A [The =p] Moonlit Graveyard
(The Undead Mix)" was created composed and recorded before
such knowledge was acquired -- so meh. =F *shrugs* Here it is. A
record analog recorded-now-digitized from tape. =
This song IS about "The Undead" [and-so Named] and was part
of a "Good Night" and "Scary Night" mechanic I had thought up for
a game that didn't exist in 2000 that I didn't know how to program.
The music length for this mix (despite the length of the title)
was briefer than the original "Slow Motion Run..." tune
because of time left on the cassette (my very first) --
and was taped at under four minutes to the cassette. I began
to share my music near-next day and in about a week
distribute it without presence online as
'Prodigy dial-up' at 56K and HUMMING in 2000 was FAST!
[indeed cassettes are not very compatible with PCs beyond MIDI].
I hope You enjoy this song and my music from "The Starting Line"
as this year is feeling magnificient as You share in my first records. =)
Thank You For Listening in
and Stay Awesome! =) ^_^
