"Slash" (?)

I've used to record a lot of such crap, but I deleted 90% of it. This is one of the few that was recovered, although it’s not like anything of value was lost.

That song was put on a compilation I made for my drummer to listen in his spare time and practice. In 2015, while we moved on, and became nameless workers for corporations, we still meet from time to time, drink, cry and remember our glory past.

My friend, while digging through his cd collection, miracoulously re-discovered that compilation, with that song on it, even if ordered him long time ago to destroy that cd, in case someone else might hear it. But when I listened to that song, while sipping beer, I felt younger again, so I ripped that song from the cd onto my expensive pendrive ***.

The guitar playing and melody is cute and naïve. I didn’t know how to title that song, so I asked my friend to come up with the name, and the best thing he could come up with was “Slash”. I don’t have a fucking clue, why “Slash”, but here you go. The song was probably recorded in 2007.

*** holy shit technology, and to think that only few years ago, I could only dream for a pendrive, but then again, being a nameless worker for corporation has its perks, namely, having money, as opposed to be a nameless starving artist, whose highlight is uploading his crap on newgrounds.

Note: there is a lot of background noise, like tv, and / or the streets, because when you are a nameless starving artist, this is the kind of sound you hear all day and night, until you become a nameless worker for corporation, when you hear it only at night.
