Oh! No I wouldn't mind at all! It's just I don't think that falls into fair-use. You would have to get permission from Chipzel as well to have any form of monetization in your game. If I could let you use it I would! Sorry if this isn't what you wanted to hear. If your app doesn't have any form of monetization in it, that would very well be contained in Fair-Use.
