from "Children of the Sky". Jeremy and his newly-wed wife watch the stars at night.

Hi there,
We love this song and we would love to use it in our short film "FLUYE [la cultura]" ([culture] FLOWS).

We are going to try and get the film projected in different places, even any contest (tho' we are not looking for money, if we got some, we would donate it for charity). Tho' it's our first film and what we actually want is to get many people to watch it. We will eventually release it on the Internet.

We actually want to use it at the end of the film, when a grandmother and her grandson walk together hand-in-hand.

I hope it is OK for you. Please let us know.

Thanks very much for this lovely music.

Lovely and very peaceful. It makes me think of that part on Final Fantasy 7 where Cloud and Tifa are staring into the night's sky... wondering if they'll ever see each other again...

Very touching and soothing

You got your thoughts across very well with this piece. The only thing I thought was missing was maybe some xylo, or glock, or marimba, whatever floats your boat, as a starry-type sound. Very descriptive of me, I know. I just figured you could start off with one of those instruments with the melody of the piano after the first break, then maybe bring the piano slowly back in.

Anyways, was Children of the Sky a script you have finished, or have you made it into something yet? Can you see it in live-action form, or did you picture it purely in animation form? I'm a budding cinematographer, and I was inspired by A Love Unending.

Setu-Firestorm responds:

I never got anywhere with writing it, let alone doing something with it, which is sad, too, because I love the story. If I could ever make one film of my own, I'd do this one. If you'd like, I'll send you the story in a nutshell.

hey i like your music

from what movie did this song came from i like it so much

Setu-Firestorm responds:

It was a story that I had conceived and developed to completion. I was going to make an animated film of it, but I never got around to it.

Shame too, because the story is actually quite emotional and inspirational. The story was called "Children of the Sky"
