Wow, das' preddy damn dank!
The instrumentation at the beginning is a bit lacking, but what's there combines very well. The beginning drones on a bit, but it's not too bad. The vocals are integrated pretty well and show an impressive amount of variety, so wherever it's from is a good choice of source, for some reason I thought it was Invader Zim at first! XD
Then the drop, you definitely got hard hitting down, it'd sound fitting at a rave or something with all the energy and artificialness; for lack of a better word, to it. You got some nice, but simple frequency sliding, although I think they hold for a little too long. You also got some sweet speaking and wobbling bass that you can clearly tell, is very well made, and quite fast too! My only complaint with this drop is it's a bit generic, but you did generic well, so I'm not docking points for that.
I will dock points for a few things that bugged me though... The main problems I had that prevented this from being a 5-star were: 1. The 2nd half is virtually identical 2. Bad ending 3. It does what it does well, but it doesn't have much variety... Those 3 things combined added up to only -0.5 stars in my eyes, so don't worry about it ;)

Great job. I gotta say, since you offered to collab with me, I thought you'd also be kinda a noob. This clearly shows you're way ahead of me, which makes me even more grateful for the offer! =D Still, don't worry, I'm starting to catch up. I recently tried some things in harmour which kinda sound kinda like Xtrullor, and I'll be experimenting with these sounds soon, hopefully these techniques will make me a better dubstep maker and one worthy of collabing with you. =)
