Basically I woke up this morning switched on Cubase and had the dreaded writer's block, so I hunted through my computer through some older projects and I found "Gimboid Stings" which I wrote for HitRECord as stems for someone to write a remix or something, but ten months down the line this has not been forthcoming, so I have decided to restart the project and make a EDM track out of it.

This track builds and builds and hits the top and then spectatually falls apart with intricate style, I'm still having a play with levels, but I'm really happy how this tracks turned out .

I've mainly used Kontakt 5 on this project with hints of Serum, Nexus, Vanguard and Subboombass.

This was made originally in cubase 5 and then has been resurrected in cubase 8.5.

All strings were resampled from EWQLSO Gold VST'i which is a specialised orchestral package, which if you are looking for strings and brass sounds, it is one of the most true to life sample packages I've ever come across.
