At first I didn't realize why the song had such a low rating, but I can see now.

If you had stopped the song at 1:30, it would have been better. Excluding the rest, it's ok. However, even until 1:30, it comes off as if different sounds were stacked on each other progressively without a lot of care as to the type of melody and character the song was to take as it went forward. At about 1:00, it just sounds like a bunch of different tunes playing on top of each other.

What really kills it is afterward though. At 1:30, the pause is a little odd, and then it sounds like the same tune, but just distorted in an attempt to make it interesting/different. It didn't work. It's not pleasant to listen to.

And then at 1:51, very abruptly, you fade the song out, going to complete silence, and bring back the tune from the beginning, which then just cuts off. If a loop was intended, the transition from the end back to the beginning of the song isn't smooth enough.
