This I made using mainly Vanguard and using the bitcrusher function built into cubase. I think it has turned out quite well, Its not quite 8 bit, but its pretty close. I may process the whole song into the bitcrusher at some point and see if this helps matters. By Maxxpump, made in cubase. P.S only
the rhythm section and the drums turned out as 8 bit, with layers of more modern sounding synths on top
Well... this certainly got me smiling! It's certainly "different" and an enjoyable listen. It's a shame the orchestration was lost at 2:35 right thru until the finish as it did really polish this track up. The ending was too abrupt. :)
