Hai there, Miguel! Fyrem's back to give ya another of my cheerleadin' performance as a reviewer, lol. Every time I'm trying to stay true to what I feel whenever I listen to your musical pieces, so not to worry, I'm still as fair as I can be. Though I gotta admit, this time, you're remixing one of my single favorite Kanto tracks of all time, so if I enjoy it, I'll probably just eargasm and be on my way XD
Anyway! let's dig it, shall we?
Ooh. I'm liking that accordion feel you give for the introduction of this Sylph co. rendition. And already, at 00:12, it already sounds soooo freakin' ominous! Darn it I'm getting pumped: you didn't JUST take the song, you... You upgraded it. Like seriously, you added your own spin for it, I'm at 00:55 and I hear so many added sounds, and that electronic and orchestral mix I'm used to hear from you, and the result is definitely interesting - not to mention the frequent throwbacks to 8-bit sounds. And boy I LOVE that switch to full ominous orchestra at 1:30, especially with that awesome violin.
2 mins in, nice Team Rocket Hideout cameo there :D Still funny how you manage to harmonize 8 and 16 bits sounds with the orchestra behind, though, it's really something you should keep around and keep experimenting on. (Also, really enjoyed that dramatic ending note, it almost feels like Giovanni or the Sylph Co. boss just collapsed on the floor)
Now, unfortunately and as usual, I don't have the... musical knowledge to provide you with detailed criticism, so I can't truly tell what's good, what's bad and how to improve it; I can only compared your remastered version with the original track, encourage you to keep goin' and point out stuff I "feel" like is enjoyable for the ear. So yeah, sorry for that.
Cheers, though! I think this is one of you BEST tracks though, I'mma download it right goshdarn now XD
