i can't believe i never reviewed this. this is LaForge from back in the day, and this song is 90% of what inspired me to start recording music. i must have listened to it a dozen times a day. mic-in and a distortion pedal, and you made a really powerful track that resonated strongly with me. thanks for kicking ass.
Wow.. i really like this.
Sounds like modern power metal of some sorts.. very flashy :D
Keep up the good work!
as I lay dying influenced? Or by an equal band in that style?
You said you plugged your dis-pedal in the mic-in!? FORGET ABOUT THAT. Line in is the correct input. The line in may not sound "as loud" but it's the right slot for recordings. You can also look it up on teh internet. You'll find out. ;)
To the track itself. Liked it. Drums were nicely done. Still using GP4 for making those? Change it man. I suggest beatcraft for the start. The GP4 drums sound just unreal. Good in the making but the sound isn't that great.
Guitar sound was quite ok. Maybe could use a bit more pressure but that's just me. The riffs and leads were well played!
Keep it up fellow guitar wanker! \m/

Oh yes the drums :D u should check out "when i take my last breath",i've used another drumprogram. Thx for the review and vote man \,,/
Yeah man, everything sounds pretty damn good. Still using guitar pro for the drums, eh? They sound pretty damn good anyways. Did you like the other drum track that I sent you???
Anyways, great sound, great song man. Just needs some badass vocals!!
