A.I.M Judging Review
The sound quality of the instruments is poor. They are way too flat, and lack any of the dynamics you would have expected from stringed instruments. The part were the percussion comes in at 0:20 is both poorly done as a transition, and there's no point in having it there are all. The part that comes after it has the exact same melody playing so I kinda didn't understand what you were building up to. The transition doesn't happen before 1:00.
Also the drum samples are too low and needs a bit of mixing work.
The song is too repetetive without much variation in percussion or instruments. When going for this kind of solo instrument track, you need to vary the melodies and chord progressions a lot more, or people get tired of it very quickly.
The instruments in the beginning need a bit of work as far as mixing goes, and the snare is a bit random then stops, there are no real transitions in this song to make it more dynamic, I don't really like the drums. I like the melody, but i would work on transitions and build ups and less repetition and mixing. It feels a bit robotic, work on adjusting the attack and release of the instruments if you can.
