Made for the contest, with TAL-Bassline and the stock FL drum samples because I'm a lazy piece of s***.

I like the chip tune sound and feel you have going on in the piece. I think I would've liked it a little bit more if you brought up the tempo and put some arpeggiated moving lines some where in there. The mix sounds a little dry also. A little bit of reverb goes along way.

Change the instruments up also. Using the same instrument can make it feel like you're listening the same melody over and over again even though the melody is different. Composers will play a melody using one instrument and then play the same exact melody on a different instrument and people will think that its a new melody when in fact its just a new instrument with slight variations in the melody.

Overall you have a good start to something here. Keep at it buddy! =D

Never got so much constructive criticism, thanks <3

sounds like it has potential! however, i would change these things.
1.change up the structure a bit. maybe a break section? and if you attempted that, then you should tone down the rest of the song from this break, for some dynamic contrast
2.From the beginning of the song and then for a while, you have this pluck or somethin that keeps doing a swingish rhythm. it sounds really bad in the context of a non-swing techno song
3. overall, just add more density to the project. pads? plugs? counter melodies?

Interesting sound!
Has an AFX style, i like tal and lush 101 filters, but its a little repetitive and yeah... stock drums.
So only 3 stars ^^
Keep up the good work and R4R is broken anyway, dont count on it too much...
