Hey! To start this decade right, we believe Newgrounds should be ad-free for EVERYONE. For this to work, we need people who have the means to become paying supporters. For just $3 per month or $25 for the year, you can help this happen and get some nice perks!

For the month of February we have disabled ads on all E-M content. We need 226 people to reach our goal of 3,100 active supporters. If we hit that, we'll continue with a new goal in March!

hello! here's part 19 of the sumirs3cjams project. Something different this week, just a short piano improvisation heavily based around the ideas of Bill Evan's "Peace Piece" and influenced by the dreamy, euphoric atmosphere of SilverStich's "Colour My ..." games that were released on NewGrounds back in 2009. I'm not a pianist/keyboardist but here's something that I hope sounds okay. No background loop this time to jam from- but a somewhat ostinato pattern played by the left hand with some subtle jazz-blues lines at a flexible tempo. Hope to see you next week!

Woah! Man! It's been so long since you took it piano like this I'd almost forgotten how soothing such music can be, just skimming the keys with ease, like a breeze, so fluent and free. Serene. Beautiful. It's got just the right atmosphere, like the world before it was pollution free, the air so easy to breath. So many feels.

is that a....legendary Cyberdevilian 5?? Well, I'm glad you like it! Thanks for the review. Enjoyed reading the descriptive feels as usual.

You're so modest when you self deprecate. "Oh, dear my gentleness. Here's something that I hope sounds okay." I get super into the self deprecation like "FUCK ME IM A HYPOCRITE."

Ahem. Lovely tune. The piano that punches me about a minute in is so effing nice. I might have tried dragging it in with a big crescendo and an obnoxious amount of rubato but I'm a whore like that. Your version resolves perfectly. I just rewinded 50 times to receive maximum satisfaction from it before even finishing the song. I came out swinging like "FUCK ME WHERE IS THE RUBATO AT MOTHER FUCKER??" before even listening to the whole track. The piano was perfect the way it was.

Holy shit why did your song make me hyper? I'm going to burn it to a disc and listen to it all the way to Philly tomorrow. Four hours. It's that good.

Domo Arigato, Mr. Rubato. Well I'm really glad you like this track! Have fun in Philly- going to Pico Day?? Thanks for the nice review!
