This song is fantastic!

The piano melody feels inspiring almost and then when the drums + bassline comes in it really sells it.
I'm mostly writing this review because it looks like getting front page got your submission 0 bombed. I apologize for that, It sounds really like a 5/5 for me.

My favorite part is once everything comes together at 2:14, and the slight drum build afterwards.
Anyways good luck on getting some nicer votes!

Want to be the first to say congratulations on the front page!! Congrats on twice in 1 month as well! You are making a lot of very good tracks.

Something to maybe consider to get your name out more is to possibly start seeking promoters on YouTube and whatnot. Would help the process by a long shot.

Now to review this.
Nice and melodic, not too much going on but just enough to keep it interesting. I imagine riding my bike along a shore road early in the morning, seeing the "Crashing Waves" against the rocks and flowing onto the beach. Paints a really nice picture and that's why I decided to rate it 5/5 is because it can create it's own story all you need is your imagination.

The build up does seem a little strong with the snares but I think some volume leveling will easily fix that.

Again congratulations!

Thank you for the congratulations! It's pretty honoring to think that NG's seems to like my creations enough to make it to the front page. It's pretty amazing if you ask me!

Believe it or not I have tried contacting a few to no avail. Maybe one day, do you by chance know of any that you would recommend? PM me :P

Your vision is pretty close to what I had in mind for how this song looked. I might start an art project to capture this soon because it would be pretty neat additionally.

Snare volume it is! Thank you for your review as well I really appreciate it :)

I usually don't "love" house, but this one is kind of chill so I'll give it a go. I'll just write random thoughts while I'm listening. This is all IMO of course

- The hats are a bit too high, I'd lower them or use samples with less super high frequencies
- The melodies are simple and easy on the ear, very nice for this kind of house (I really wouldn't say this is house, no idea what it is though)
- lol Im actually enjoying this
- At one point I was like "is the melody in the background gonna change or stop? when is it gonna leave?" then the break came in, at the right moment. And then the melody came in again.
- I don't like the kick. I'd use something different for this kind of ambient/chillout relaxing stuff. Same for the snare/clap, they are too housy/dance. All the other sounds are soft, these ones are very different. I know it's a kick, how can you make it soft, well you could, IDK. Oh yeah, it's not the clap i'm referring too, I mean the snare. The clap sounds awesome
- Yeah i'm relistening and I don't really like the synth on the break part, the saw. Maybe because i'm picturing this as an ambient song, i dont know what you were going for but I really like the ambient aspect of the song
- 2.13 the buildup is too "strong", again, for a relaxing song

imo there's something to do with the volumes and EQ, i don't really know what though. the sounds are good, but they could be better (but then again; everything could be better)

so Yeah, this is how I feel. I thought I was gonna pass this one because I saw house, then I saw the chill tag and went for it. Not disappointed !

Thank you for the review!

I might be able to just EQ the current hats to get rid of the very high frequencies thank you for the catch!
I picked House as the genre because of the 4/4 kick pattern and tempo speed. I ended up changing the subgenre to Tropical House because it is more uplifting. It seems to fit that genre well. :)

I think making the kick soft would be relatively easy but I find that the harder kick suites this track pretty well.
I wont leave you off with that, if you and others would like a chill/ambient version of this song it is very doable :P. Could be a next project to work on :D

I'm really glad you enjoyed this!! I might possibly remove the chill tag on it because a lot of elements don't exactly fit that and your right.

I'm glad you submitted your review, it was highly helpful and gave it a possibility to have a chill/ambient version that is slower and softer.
