Yaay, made this in three days with a handful of inspiration by EnV's track 'Anubis' :)
Still doesn't look like my mastering is mind-blowing :c

Here is my full out review.

0:00 to 00:30

[-] The mixing is pretty good.
[-] The very close to ambient sound is very nice.

00:30 to 1:30

[-] The jump to the very punchy synth to rather muffled was awkward
[-] The mixing is still very good. I really like the drum choices.
[-] It is nice that there are people on NG that still use a melody bass at the same time

1:30 to 2:00

[-] Very smooth transition.
[-] I love this clean synth. This section was very well done.
[-] The drum choice was perfect

2:00 to 2:30

[-] I like all the synth choices that you have
[-] I personally don't like how you made the octave go higher with the main synth. Just keep the (Subbass?) going up the octave.
[-] Still some pretty strong drumds. But maybe use multiple drums leading to the drop

2:30 to 3:00

[-] NO! The drop had so much going for it! It felt like you were on the right floor but the jumped out the window (Translation into real English: It had so much going for it, but then it sounded like it failed.)
[-] Although the mixing was good, it wasn't good enough for the drop.

3:00 to 3:43

[-] The mixing was [once again,] good. But it didn't have that feel-good vibe at the end like most songs do. Trust me, I have the same exact problem. It is hard to have a song that makes you "feel-good." But if you want your mixing to be mind- blowing, it must have this feeling.

Overall thoughts:

[-] I could feel the EnV inspiration.
[-] It was a pretty good song. You have demonstrated a good knowledge of music.
[-] I just think that there are a few things that could use some tweaking.

3.5/ 5 stars
(I hope you find my rating fair)

Wow, thanks for the detailed review :)

Some of the synths are a little tiring, and the melody is relatively simple, but I quite like the break section. The lead seems to dominate the higher end of the spectrum, leaving the middle kinda empty. The pad is a nice touch, but it doesn't do much for the lack of solid mids.

With a little more mid presence, and a little polishing, this could be a relatively good track. Pretty well done.

Really nice,
Amazing melody, and overall a good song.
