*EDIT* this song has been 2009 remastered to sound as it should have in 2004 had I had the skills then that I have now :) - enjoy!

and yes the size is massive and I don't feel like VBRing it down - its like 400 kbps - you want it smaller - either chop it up or vbr it yourself :P

Sounds like you brought your A-game on this one. I'm hearing a lot of dynamics on the velocity level, especially on the piano and harp. The choir doesn't actually sound bad in this one, either! Maybe it's the strings that are giving them that edge. I've got to say that the arps in this one are absolutely stellar. My only grievance with this piece is that the drum set sounds weak as hell. The piece also seems to cut off pretty abruptly. I've noticed this in a lot of the tracks I've reviewed today. What's up with that, man?

the battle

I loved this battle are you kidding me. the fact that it was a RL scenario in a sense and that it was ment to be so hard i loved it.

Chronamut responds:

yeah - you should play ffIV for psp - it's great - all remastered :)

thanks for the review!

Not Bad

One of the suckiest Boss Fights in the game All four Elemental Fiends and the CPU Fuck That!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chronamut responds:

hahaha yeah that was a crazy battle :P

thanks for the review!

lol I knew this was you before I saw the name. Classic Chronamut.

Nice work, though I don't like the harps. doesn't sound right to me with all of the synthetic sounds going on.
keep up the good work! I'm glad to see something of yours on the front page

Chronamut responds:

lol the harps were in the original though - I couldn't really take them out..

anways.. yes it's ncie to see my stuff up there every now and then :)

thanks for the review!

Very nice

I find this tune to be very well done, and its incredibly soothing. Although I have to ask in your author comments you mention there being a 2009 remastered version, but I didn't see it on your list. I was curious as if there was a way to listen to it, as I would love to hear it.

Chronamut responds:

that IS the 2009 remastered version haha - I have the old version on my computer somewhere but you really don't want to listen to it hahaha..

thanks for the review!
