Melody based swing. Not really jazz but whatever.

Very nice..

I think it may have been placed in the wrong genre though. This is more like a video-game sound track.. i think it would go well with a sprite flash.
Jazz tends to be more relaxed and light drumming.
I think it was great apart from the genre selection.
I liked how there wasn't much bassline to it, it gives it a nice clear sound. Maybe you could put a few more pianos in it though, that'd really complete it.

Very nice! :)

Quarl responds:

wow, thanks. Im glad you enjoyed it. I agree with you. It's not jazz, but I wasn't sure where to place it. Thanks for the reviews!

Not too shabby, eh? :)

Great job on this piece, but it sounds like (and I really don't know if you meant this to be it that way) you are off timing with the piano and the drum sync at the beginning of the song and towards the middle. You really didn't change up the different instruments you used throughout the piece much, so I
think an 8 would be a suitable grade for this tune.

Quarl responds:

Thanks for the review! I know what you mean about the timing. It's not easy playing along side a beat for me because I don't normaly play tonal instruments..you see I am a drummer...and it's not easy doing melodies when you're so used to doing rythem. I trip over my own fingers when I play. That said, Im still glad you liked it. You're words bring a smile to my face.
