It's in a few of Tri Ace's games namely Valkyrie profile, Star Ocean 2 and 3 , and Radiata Stories! Good remix by the way !

And this song is from Valkyrie Profile, NOT Star Ocean. Great song none the less.

As you can see here, it is actually from Star Ocean. I've never played Valkyrie Profile, but seeing both games were from the same developer (Tri-Ace), they would have the appropriate rights to releasing the same soundtrack in both games. Maze of Tribulations is also somewhere in Star Ocean iirc. :p
