Since the lyrics are pretty important for this poem/song, I'll list them below. This is the first time I've done something spoken word/poetry so here it goes. (note that the spoken word eventually goes into a singing portion):

Sinful dichotomy, lost between the buildings of love and the sewers of lust. I wander the streets, and though sometimes I feel alone, I sense the presence of the lost and know I've made it home. "Is this really home?", That's what every wanderer like us has said, but then we rest our eyes in these sinful beds... and as I continue to walk these shaky streets, the earth crumbles violently beneath my feet; So naturally, I fall, I fall again. So naturally I fall, I fall again. Sometimes mistakes are your only friends. So naturally, I fall, I fall again. The stakes are high... but tonight... Let's lie to ourselves and be free; the morning always comes so honestly. Yeah, let's lie and be free, For tonight, Let's lie...
