The music itself suits the title perfectly. When you say zombies, it sounds mysterious and dramatic. I love how you add the piano, it's mellow and it builds up the melody of this song. I like how you put the ambiance into it, it does sound like you're in a deserted hospital/laboratory (something like that). I love it overall. Though there was something missing, but I cannot recall. Either way the song is still good.
