I started off thinking this was going to become a fast techno song, but it actually turned out serene and not crazy. I got a pretty good chime sample, but there is some background noise. I filtered out most of it, but there is still a bit. I centered this piece around the chimes, which can be heard throughout the entire piece. I think I've improved a bunch since the last two!
