It's been a little while since my last song, riiiight?? I went through a little bit of a music block...so I've been doing little songs here and there to keep it fresh in my mind...but today I came up with this little thing and I'm so in love with it. Of course, there's a lot that needs to be improved...but I just posted it because I have a feeling it will turn out nicely. There are a lot of genres mixed into this little song, so as usual, I will probably pick a genre that doesn't fit this song entirely. But whatever. (EDIT:: I changed it to hip-hop? Sounds more like that than dance...)

I'm back at the university, so that means I don't have my piano keyboard anymore. I was a little depressed that I didn't have it so that might have hindered me a little bit in my song making. This song took all day because EVERY SINGLE FREAKING SOUND IN THIS SONG I HAD TO PLAY OUT ON THE COMPUTER KEYBOARD using like a little virtual piano keyboard that showed only a few keys at a time. Ughhhhhh. I kept messing up or fat-fingering like 3 keys at a time. Ergh I can't wait to get back to my pianooo!

Sometimes I wish I could go back to using pre-made loops...but where's the originality in that, huh?? This girl be original. >.>
