Same as short description. You can't really describe a song in words. But I'll try: Electronic, upbeat, fast paced and short.

Excellent energy. Yeah, this is perfect for a super intense section of a game where speed is key. That drum beat fits this perfectly; good job!

I didn't notice the melody volume issue others mentioned until around 1:09; what synth were you using there? I like the way the bass interlude builds to that last synth, though.

This is quite a neat tune, however some things could be improved. The leads and melodies are too loud, and the percussion is too soft. Try tweaking them until it sounds right! With tracks like these, usually you want the kick and snare to be the loudest part of your mix. Also, I'm not too fond of the bass-y synth you start using at around 0:44, because it clashes with the other synth. Lastly, reverse cymbals, sweeps and crashes help in making transitions more smooth. Perhaps you could do something with that.

The melodies themselves are very catchy though, and overall production values are good. The instruments you chose are alright as well. Good stuff, and best of luck for the future!

0:32 - 1:02 felt strange to me because it just seemed like it was thrown in and doesn't develop your track because it just abandons what you were working with. Right before that the transition you created is my favorite part of your track because it was really unexpected. Even though I felt the 0:32 - 1:02 was out of place the I do believe your most successful transition occurred towards the end of that part into 1:08. Overall I feel your track is successful.

Hi Drewpy, I've scouted you into the audio portal because I liked your style.
I love the fast-paced happy melody, the composition itself it's great!
About the mixing tho, the main melodies volumes are a little too high! I'd recommend turning down the volume a little bit and maybe some EQ to make it fit better into the track!
Search for "subtractive eq" in google and you'll find great tutorials and it really boosts up the quality of your tracks!
Anyway, great job!

Drewpy responds:

Thanks for the subtractive eq advice!
