Okay, it progresses a little slowly at the beginning, although I like the percussive sounds that pop in at around :30. It's very minimalistic, though. Your experimentation with the sound effects was cool, but I think you need to build more harmonies around it. Many of the compositional qualities I usually look for in a piece (melodic development, dynamic contrast, etc.) don't really apply to this piece. Also, I see you used quite a few samples to make this piece, but many of them didn't seem to come through that clearly. For example, I can hear some bass-y sounds popping in at around :14, but they were really hard to distinguish as notes (unless you intended for it to sound this way?). However, you may simply have better headphones than I do, and so that sub-bass sounds perfectly clear on your headphones. I don't think I'll take off any points for that. Still, I think it's a rather underwhelming piece. There are a lot of cool ideas here, but you could've done so much more with them. Also, the ending was a bit lazily done IMO. You should keep working on this! Hope this review helped. Keep at it, man. ;)
