Got in the mood to kick back, one-man band style. Trombone, guitar, vocals, tongue-clicking percussion, all played by me, plus a written bass kick melody for metronome. I imagined walking through a concrete jungle at night.

Could also see this as a theme for a post apocalyptic, dystopian society type game/movie.

nice nice morph

Yeah, I can see this in a game or movie.

ADR3-N responds:

Oh this is so old and terrible -- if I remember correctly I still had to freeze things and mix them down into a single track because I was using a trial version of my current DAW lmao. Not very much fun, haha. My new stuff isn't as good as it could be -- I actually haven't been able to release most of my demos for the past several months due to frequent computer crashes -- but I've since learned how to actually mix things since. You might dig.

Thanks for the review!

Like it, would like to hear a dubstep song remix.

ADR3-N responds:

Dubstep remix of this in particular? Hmm... You my friend might be onto something

I liked this one more, but that kick is way too busy for such a chill track, it's also way too dry. I'd try some variation, and work on the percussion, otherwise I'd remove the kick entirely and make it a short loop. Not bad though.

ADR3-N responds:

I was thinking I might redo this and push the kick into the background. Only problem is, the kick is actually the bassline. A lot of experimenting going on basically. I'm glad I got at least a few things right though.

I love the vibe here, it feels like you can listen to it on repeat. It's just a single wave of emotion and mood, it doesn't feel repetitive to me although it is something that could be listened to while driving or doing something else, like browsing the internet, etc.

ADR3-N responds:

Ah, that was the idea -- easy listening. Glad you liked it!
