This track was actually the first track I worked on during this years N.I.M. but I dropped it for a while, as I thought I was onto something but I could not make it longer. Finally, I decided to submit it like this before I would ruin it.
With this piece I tried to capture the feeling of nostalgia that you get when you played through a game with a good story and you learned to love the characters. Now you know that the adventure is over and you go through all the events of the game again. I had that feeling last when I played through Lufia: The Legend returns for GBC and after you play through the game, you get to see all the great moments of the game again.
I also was inspired by this great picture, which I think, is capturing the feeling of looking back very well:

Also I dropped in a sound similar to that of a Game Boy at the beginning just to put myself more in the nostalgic state I had when making this track. It is actually a Massive preset.
