This is a very action packed piece, this should so go into a fight scene in a game or something, it really has that feel to it.
I have nothing further to add, other than awesome work, Happy to include this :)
5/5 and a download too :)
Hehe you seem to have developed a love for these ominous synth riffs, with lots of chromatic intervals. Is a very nice area to explore but just gotta be careful that it doesn't get corny. This hit the nail on the head though. Great interlude with the eerie strings, though the voice sample felt a little bit misplaced.
Does resemble Aphex Twin at times, I'd have liked a little glitchiness but that's also because I know you do that so well :)
Really good stuff this, I gotta figure out how to use synths properly...
cheers for the review man. The minor 2nd is without a doubt the best musical interval in existence. Detuned, say....20 cents :)
Oh sweet man
that acid line is deadly, kick ass fx to follow as well man, right on. i like the hat u bring in to pick the rhythm up, i've always loved a long open hat on the off beat, maybe you could open it up for a few bars get a disco beat going (someone called it that once). really interesting interludes with the sounds and fx, good soundscape going. Ok, u got me psyched to get the beats flowing again.
Speak to u soon
Thanks Kaisun, always a pleasure. I'm glad some of the fx appealed to you, big noises are cool! Disco beat? Is that with a ride cymbal over the kick or something? you'll need to tell me about that one some other time.
Yeah, man, I want to see you producing like a madman! We all know you're a breaks machine, now its time to crank it up!
now this was some sweet shit
Acid meets Industrial
Nice work dude. The pannings are very good but at some points bit too much. I really like the beat. Its really hard btw. funky. The voc is nice.
I have nothing to say anymore(serious).
Keep it up!
Ahh, well, i dont think its as hard as yours! :)
I've become a big fan of the waveshaper, I love its mangling capacity.
Thanks for the review, I appreciate the input :)
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
