This was done way back in 2007, with the crappy garage band program on the mac. And up to this day, for some reason beyond my own understanding, my niece prefers this version than the official one.

It just baffles me that she likes more this simplistic, faulty version of Kimi wo nosete than the actual theme song, sung by this amazing singer whose name escapes me.
