I know this is 6 years old. But if you want to make the track louder, put the recording in Audacity (or any other DAW) and Normalize the audio clip, which will put the loudest peak in the entire audio file at 0db, making it as loud as it can be without clipping.

I actually modeled this after chopin's Nocturne in E-flat major. It's awesome that you caught that!
This is great! I love the way it flirts with being off-key and off-beat just slightly. Really nice work and well performed. I wish it was louder too, I'd crank it up! Love to hear more of your work.
