question: did u remake the happy birthday tune or did u download it from somewhere !

alrighty, here we go.

layer your kicks dude, it starts to sound like a boring midi file without other elements, so think outside the box, go get other elements outside of your computer and do some layering.

the clap is very bland to, so try to layer it and more ideas should come to you.

also the same pattern gets boring and your average sally would bounce right to another track, so dude, change it up for every 4th or 8th, add some extra kicks where they don't belong, do something spontaneous then the same same. (you're on the right track though because plenty of audio portal peeps do a kick on every 4th and a clap on every 8th, so it's nice to know that you got passed that)

you need something special to signify this track, it just sounds like any other track, change up the "happy birthday" notes or something, there's tons of people who do stuff like this.
