So, I'm not really sure what genre this is. I've made songs kinda like this before, but I didn't know what they should have been called either.

For this song I'm drawing big influences from 80s/90s synthpop and metal. Some post-black metal influence in there as well as hip hop and old video games.

What I need help with is the vocal style. I need suggestions on how to approach it. The latest thing I tried sounds exactly as if Offspring had sung the song and that definitely doesn't work. Didn't know my voice could sound so much like Dexter Holland.
