Well it's really simple, maybe even too simple. Still it's very pleasant to listen.
It sounds as an ambient straight from a psychological game or a movie, but i really like it.
So, as part of gathering my musical inspiration, I went and visited Universe 3e9e9e9e9e9e95 and met the version of me from that universe. He agreed to let me show you one of his songs, which is the equivalent of The Septidecimal Lullaby, found here:

His version is only 5 minutes long, and he scoffed at the idea that my version was so much longer. Despite the length, however, the differences in the tone are interesting to me. I hope you will agree.

Sometimes, simple is the best option when you are going for a specific mood.
Still, there is a bit more going on here than it may seem at first. I'd definitely recommend giving it a few more listens.
Thanks for reviewing.
It's hard to give a lot of detailed criticism on a piece like this but I'll try my best. It's definitely a very calming piece with the way it quietly opens and closes with the rain. All of the gradual fluctuations made it feel like I was constantly in motion. I listened to it with my eyes closed and it certainly did calm me down. It's mastered well, none of the sounds get to high pitched or too irritating. It's good at what it does.
I'll be sure to let parallel me know how you felt. I'm sure he will be pleased.
