No Chiptune today, as it is now a day of mourning...
For those of you who don't know, Monty Oum, lead animator for popular web series Red Vs. Blue and CGI Anime RWBY, has passed away today. It is truly heart wrenching for me. His work, from Haloid to RWBY, was what inspired me to study animation. To hear this news.... was soul shattering. & yet, I retain whatever composure I had left to compose this melody, in honor of the legacy his work has left behind. Rest in Paradise, Monty. You have lit the inspiration torches of artists within the Rooster Teeth community, and you will be missed...
