To Dream Infinite. The Title Screen for a Game "Dreams" This is the Final Version.

hey Klace. love the new song. but i have to agree with david. the cymbals and gong are overpowering everything and it takes you from dream to wide waking if you know what i mean. try quieter suspended cymbal rolls, and quick quiet cymbal scratches. maybe instead of a gong you could use a splash cymbal or something or just turn it into a cymbal roll but remember, it has to be quiet.
you get a (mostly gold star*)

Let's see, then.
Dreamy is the first word coming in mind when i heard this. And, indeed, it could be used in a title screen.
Well, think i said it all. My advices: turn down the volume the crash cymbals-gongs, they are too loud. Perhaps adding high-pitched female choir could add a more "angelic" feel to it, adding more to the dreamy effect. And also, you deserve:Thanks for your vote, Deflektor76! You voted 5 for ~|Somnio Infinitus|~, raising its score from 3.33 to 3.75.

Klace responds:

Thanks for the 5!
I'm glad you liked the song and I'm glad I got the feel I was going for.
Well this is a Title Screen after all, I can remaster the Gongs and Stuff, but not right now since I really don't think people will be sitting at the title screen that long, I will definately remaster it for when the soundtrack goes on sale.

Good Job

I can certainly see this being used for a title screen in a game called Dreams. The piece is very dreamy, and you capture that feeling very well.

I would suggest introducing some violins with vibrato (in EWQLSO Gold, butter legato would work well) towards the end to signify some sort of climax.

I understand the use of cymbals to create a more surreal, dreamy sound, but the volume is way too loud in them. I would say cutting them down by 1/2 would still be loud enough.

It's great to see original stuff from you, I'd enjoy seeing more, especially with these two newly acquired libraries!

I'll 5 it in hopes someone sees it and leaves their suggestions.

Klace responds:

Hey David!
Thanks for the Review!
You'll be seeing lots more Originals from me in the Future, Since I'm working on this games soundtrack, allthough it's going to be on sale once it's done, so I can't really post lots of songs or completely finished version, Only a few songs to hopefully get some sales upon completion.
I'll take any advice you give me to make my songs better, and hopefully you'll be seeing another one soon!
