Triangles and Rhombuses

This is my cover of a rather underrated BoC song (one of my favorites), "Triangles and Rhombuses." I tried putting a more chippy/electroppish spin on it. Let me know what you think!

Original song belongs to Boards of Canada. : )

I feel like the difference in volume between the first and second part is too much. When I turn it up loud enough to clearly hear the first part, the second part is annoyingly loud. Especially because of the sudden change in volume.

Other than that, this sounds great. It's too short, tho. :P It sounds like a good intro.

DreamForecast responds:

Interesting, cuz that's what I loved about the original, but yeah, I get what you mean. It doesn't work too well as a standalone. The original was really short too and it was like an "in between" tracks kind of song on the album, and the volume wasn't an issue in context.

But yeah, I'm listening to it here now and I see what you mean, haha.
And thanks! : D

Its very, very short and bit boring. Even with loop on the start and end are both too quiet, to make it good.

DreamForecast responds:

Haha, well, I was trying to recreate the slow volume rise of the original (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xT2W9UjrNnA). xD
