I liked the beginning a lot, mellow music has always been one of my favorites. When the second guitar came in, though, I felt like it made the song too cluttered, and it seemed to hurt my ear a bit. I would suggest making the song a little slower if you wanna continue working on it. It felt a little repetitive, but I felt like it used that to it's advantage. So, I think you should keep working on it.
