I have a lot to say, so get comfortable.
First and foremost, what a great song! This is a nice tune that could be played in many circumstances, from video games to just plain listening. Overall, nice work!
One thing that kept this song from being average was the unique chord progressions. If my ear is right they were C#m7, B, A7 with a sharped G, and G#m7 (unsure about this one). I am currently composing a piece on the piano with similar chord progessions, except in the key of C. The chord progressions are the only thing that has kept me, in my song, from stopping this song and starting a new one. Chord progressions are difficult to come up with, so I applaud you with your thoughts. Keep making songs with weird chord progressions; Those are the songs that thrive.
The only complaint I have is also about the chord progressions. No, its not about the uniqueness of them, its the way that they were played. Throughout most of the song, the piano played the same chord progressions, the same way. I would have liked if you would have added a few more twists. The piano kind of sounded annoying after a while, using the same way to play the chord progressions. Different instruments carrying the base (as in the foundation) of the song would have been nice other than just the piano. I wasnt able to focus on the rest of the song because of this. That is why the rating is 4 instead of 5
I know I have given you a lot of criticism, but I still think that this is a song worthy of much attention. Just work on the repetitiveness of the foundation and you will be making excellent songs.

Thank you for leaving an in-depth review! I really appreciate it. I believe you're in the ballpark with the chord progression (it's played in the key of G#), and I'd love to hear what you have up your sleeve when you finish your work. Repetition has always been a downfall with my music. I've come a long way from the moment I began this hobby of mine and I'm putting more and more effort into changing everything up to create a more unique sound with less repetitiveness. Thanks again, ShoeLacer!
