The Journey takes a bit of a trip through some of my familiar places looking for something else. I hope you enjoy it, I made it a while ago, but I wasn't sure if I wanted to upload this one.

Really neat! You have a lot of talent with groove and stuff, so try to build off of that. As I said, it was really neat, but it felt like it was missing the big finish. I was waiting the entire time for a big crash and then jazzy finish to complete the song. That however, is just me. I don't want you to think you did a bad job here. The song was really unique and was really catchy. If I were you, I'd consider using some of the stuff you did here into other songs. Regardless, fantastic job and really keep it up.

I agree a lot about missing that big finish, in many ways it ties into how I was feeling when I wrote this song, in many ways I had been trying to travel through these grooves and as I got deeper into some of my darker places, as for going into other songs the ending crawl is a sort of homage to a previous song I made called On Deck. This one in many ways or me was like a struggle, really glad you dig it! Thanks

Hey mate, what a nice vibe, I'm digging this ! Your sound design and mixing is absolutely amazing. It feels like a theme song of the main menu of a game lol...

Rekuiem responds:

Thanks man, glad you dig this, this exploration really tried to go into some new places for me in that aspect. I bring in a lot of themes that represent the main menu of what it means to play my game if that makes sense. All I can hope is that one day that game you feel can be understood :) for now this just trails off into the past.
